What started out as an idea to market our own home directly rather than paying the agents to do this for us, saw us embark on the construction of a simple well informed website to enable prospective purchasers to view and make contact with us directly in relation to our home that we wished to sell.
It soon became obvious to us with the number of visits to our website, emails and phone calls, the reaction received and commendations made by most of the people who have contacted us, which was first to congratulate us on building a magnificent home but to our surprise was also to compliment us on our presentation and fresh approach to marketing.
After some thought and discussions with several contacts, friends and business associates, we decided to expand our website to enable others to do the same with their properties and enable them to be able to fully control the marketing of their own homes themselves, if that was their preference.
